Inspired by John Berger's book 《The Way of Seeing》 and Plato's allegory of the cave. Seeing precedes speaking, and when we step out of the cave and the light shines in front of us, we break our way of seeing and gain an understanding of things. Design is also a way of seeing. In The Site of Sights design studio, we take a different way of looking at the world, providing customers with a variety of design strategies and methods.
靈感源自 John Berger 的《觀看的方式》以及柏拉圖的「洞穴寓言」。觀看先於語言，當我們走出洞穴、迎向光亮時，便打破既有的觀看方式，獲得對事物更深的理解。設計同樣是一種觀看的方式。在 The Site of Sights 設計工作室，我們嘗試用不同的角度去看世界，並為客戶提供多元的設計策略與方法。
This logotype reminds the viewer of the presence of the seeing by featuring a minimally recognizable type. The square shape of the letters and the sharp, straight strokes correspond to the idea of a cave wall, and the negative space between the strokes symbolizes the light that penetrates the cave.
這款標誌以極簡且僅能辨識的字型，提醒觀看本身的存在。字母方正的結構與銳利筆畫，呼應洞穴石壁的意象，而筆畫間的留白則象徵穿透洞穴的光。
